Description The Department of Teaching and Learning at New York University seeks a Research Associate to join the Science and Integrated Language - On (SAIL-On) project led by Professor Okhee Lee and funded by the National Science Foundation. The SAIL project began in 2015 and developed yearlong, NGSS-designed instructional materials for 5th grade. The SAIL garbage unit was awarded the NGSS Design Badge for earning the highest rating on the EQuIP rubric. Less than 5% of instructional units earn this award (NextGenScience, 2021).
