User Experience Strategy (UXS) team—made up of content strategists, UX architects (UXAs), and UX researchers (UXRs)—balances practical constraints (technology, regulatory, and process) with business goals and user needs to help create engaging, effective on-brand deliverables. Our work spans the customer journey, from researching and identifying user needs to guiding the creative team and mapping implementation to strategy. We’re looking for a mid-level contract UX Researcher to join our team with the ability to work remotely. This UXR reports to the UX Strategy Team Manager and will help plan, design, implement, and synthesize user research and testing that will help to shape our marketing deliverables.
