The Program in Theater at the Lewis Center for the Arts, Princeton University seeks lecturers in theater. These positions are one semester, non-tenure track, and potentially renewable, with start dates of either January 16th, 2023 or September 1, 2023. Teaching areas include Acting, Playwriting, Performance Criticism, Directing, Dramaturgy, Producing for the Theater, Music Theater, Performance Art, and Theatrical Design.  Competitive candidates will be active teachers, practitioners and/or scholars with a national reputation who demonstrate a deep commitment to undergraduate teaching and advising.  For full consideration, applicants should submit a resume, cover letter and contact information for up to three references. Description NYU Steinhardt Department of Music and Performing Arts Professions (MPAP) Program in Educational Theatre seeks qualified candidates to teach the course, Acting: Character Study, from 1/22/2022 - 5/9/2022, twice a week to both Undergraduate and Graduate students. The course is an advanced exploration into the tools and techniques of creating character within the context of the 'world of the play.'
