Description First Amendment Watch (FAW), a news and educational online resource of the Arthur L. Carter Journalism Institute at NYU, is seeking a managing editor with project management experience to contribute to the growth of our project. FAW covers news of the many conflicts involving freedom of speech and press and presents original legal and historical analysis. First Amendment Watch also produces original teaching materials on free speech for college and university courses. FAW receives foundation funding and NYU support for its operations.  The managing editor position is a full-time contract position with NYU employee benefits.
