In 2006, Jarrod founded UniJobs.com. His focus on exceptional customer service, a user-friendly interface, and affordable advertising rates won the day. In 2015, he sold The UniJobs Group to Times Higher Education (THE) and served as their APAC Managing Director for 5 years.

Jarrod also notably founded 'The Global Academic Executive' in 2013, putting together an A-Team of Global Higher Ed executives, aiming to identify and address global academic issues, collaborating with prestigious universities like Harvard, Oxford, and Cambridge.
